Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks across our projects, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- Support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing activities as directed
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Assist with setting up work areas and preparing materials for specific projects
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labor is a plus but not required
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
- Reliable transportation to job sites if applicable
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different tasks as needed
