Job Summary
We’re looking for experienced, motivated, and knowledgeable baseball coaches to join our training staff and travel baseball program. If you’ve played or coached at a high level and are passionate about player development, we want to hear from you.
This position is part of our competitive travel baseball program and requires availability for team practices, league games, tournaments, and travel throughout the season. The position is expected to begin in September 2026.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who meet at least one of the following:
- Played at an elite level, such as:
- Ontario Elite Baseball Program
- NCAA Division I / Division II
- Junior College (JUCO), NAIA, or semi-professional leagues
- Coached elite-level athletes, including: AAA youth baseball, Elite travel programs or academy teams
Other key qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals, mechanics, and progression
- Able to coach players aged 10–18
- Positive and motivating communication style
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in appearance and behavior
- Comfortable leading private lessons, group sessions, or team practices
- Ability to set up, operate, and manage training equipment (machines, nets, screens, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver age-appropriate instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding, or catching
- Lead or assist group training sessions, clinics, team practices, and private lessons
- Travel with teams for league games, tournaments, and showcase events
- Provide real-time feedback and instruction to players during practices and games
- Help manage dugout organization, warm-ups, and in-game player development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment
- Support coaches and staff in running structured, effective programs
- Interact professionally with parents, athletes, and opposing organizations
- Represent the organization with professionalism both on and off the field

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
