They provide personalized client consultations, build VIP relationships, and coach the sales team to exceed KPI's.
This role bridges the gap between marketing awareness and frontline sales execution, requires a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent organizational skills and will play a key role in shaping the store’s visual identity. Ensuring that merchandise presentation aligns with brand standards and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership and Coaching:
- Drive in-store sales by leading by example, elevate the overall boutique performance.
- Coach Staff on product knowledge, storytelling and closing techniques to hit daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Brand Ambassador:
- Act as the face of the brand. Consistently exude the luxury and aesthetic of the jewellery line, ensuring every Interaction reflects the brand’s core values and heritage.
Clienteling and VIP Relations:
- Develop and maintain a client book. Proactively reach out to customers for new collections, anniversaries and special events.
- Foster long-term, loyal relationships with high-net-worth clients.
In-Depth Product Expertise:
- Maintain flawless knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, diamonds, comprehensive expertise on 4C’s and certifications (e.g. GIA )
- Educate customers on the craftsmanship and origins of the pieces to justify high-ticket purchases.
- Repair take in requires co-ordinating with goldsmith and keeping customers updated on turnaround times.
- Selling custom pieces, understanding the meaning behind the piece and paraphrase their desires back to them.
Store Operations:
- Precise inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and organizing in-store promotional events or trunk shows.
- Encompass the daily systems, logistics, and customer-facing processes that drive sales and protect high values assets.
- Assist with daily store setups, take-downs, merchandising updates, follow-through with store team and rollout of display initiatives.
- Adhering strictly to store security protocols.
- Perform other related sales duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years in luxury retail of fine jewellery sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior mentor capacity
Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, high emotional intelligence, negotiation skills for high-value sales,
- A natural ability to connect with a diverse clientele, making every customer feel valued while exuding the elegance the brand represents.
- Proven ability to coach teams on closing techniques and the ability to inspire a team.
Certifications:
- Gemological Institute of America (GIA) certification, Canadian Jewellers or equivalent credentials is highly preferred.
Attributes:
- Professional presentation, polished demeanour, and a genuine passion for the jewellery and fashion industry.
- Strong attention to detail with a good sense of visual presentation.
- Comfortable performing hands-on work, including store setup and takedown.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
