Full job description
Beachman builds electric motorcycles and bikes out of our facility in Toronto. We design, assemble, service, and ship our bikes to customers and dealers across Canada, the US, and beyond. It is hands-on work in a small, busy shop where everyone pitches in.
We are hiring a junior Warehouse Associate to help keep our warehouse and shipping operation running. You will handle inventory, pack customer orders, and crate bikes for freight. This is an entry-level role, so no warehouse experience is required. What matters is that you are reliable, organized, and comfortable with physical work.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming shipments against packing lists
- Organize, label, and shelve inventory
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately for courier and freight pickup
- Crate and secure bikes for domestic and international freight
- Keep the warehouse, packing area, and shipping zone clean and safe
- Help with inventory counts and flag low stock
- Support the production and service teams with parts as needed
- Handle batteries and other goods per our safety procedures
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site in Toronto
- Comfortable with physical work: lifting, standing, bending, and moving bikes and boxes
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Careful and detail-oriented when packing and preparing shipments
- Works well on a team and takes direction
- Basic comfort with a phone or computer for scanning and order lists
Nice to have
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or hands-on trade experience
- Forklift or pallet-jack experience
- Interest in bikes, motorcycles, or electric vehicles
