A privately owned service organization is seeking an exceptional leader to take on a Branch Manager position within a regional operations center.
The successful candidate must possess strong operations experience within a service, maintenance, or construction-related environment, coupled with a commitment to leading by example. Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead the team by example to ensure the branch operates safely and efficiently.
- Oversee the professional execution and delivery of operational services performed by internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring performance objectives are achieved.
- Routinely work alongside operational teams, providing guidance, coaching, training, and leadership.
- Create and foster a culture focused on employee development, engagement, and accountability.
- Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, resource allocation, and daily branch operations.
- Review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
- Manage local vendors and subcontractor relationships to maximize value and service quality.
- Recommend improvements to branch processes, policies, and operational strategies while implementing corrective actions when required.
- Participate in recruitment activities to attract and retain top talent.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Regularly meet with clients to ensure expectations are being exceeded and future service needs are understood.
- Collaborate with team members to provide innovative and efficient solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree in business or a related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational results.

Work Environment
This position is based within a regional branch operation supporting a large service area. The role may require occasional availability outside standard business hours to support operational and seasonal demands.
