Chef/Owner Miles Pundsack-Poe trained in some of Spain’s Michelin-starred restaurants, and the food program draws inspiration from contemporary Spanish restaurants while combining seasonal Canadian ingredients with global influences.
The Role
We are seeking a Chef de Partie who is organized, motivated, and takes pride in cooking with precision, consistency, and care. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be part of a small, focused kitchen team and grow within an ambitious new restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes to Foxy’s standards with consistency and attention to detail
- Work across multiple stations during prep and service
- Support the Head Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare Spanish-inspired small plates, seafood, sauces, garnishes, and seasonal mise en place
- Maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined station
- Work with urgency, calmness, and professionalism during service
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and kitchen systems accurately
- Support receiving, storage, rotation, and proper handling of ingredients
- Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and product quality
- Help foster a positive culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knife skills and solid understanding of kitchen fundamentals
- Interest in Spanish cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and modern cooking
- Ability to work cleanly, quickly, and consistently
- Comfortable working in a small, high-performance team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
