We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Crew Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create a positive dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes and food safety standards.
- Assemble orders quickly and accurately.
- Keep the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers.
- Handle customer questions or concerns professionally.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or fast-food experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs (22kg).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
