Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Industrial Mechanics / Millwrights to join our growing team supporting industrial and mining operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial mechanical equipment in demanding field environments.
This role is suited for individuals who are safety-oriented, mechanically strong, and capable of working independently or within a team environment in active industrial and mining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical equipment
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on pumps, conveyors, crushers, piping systems, gearboxes, bearings, and rotating equipment
- Complete equipment alignments, inspections, and mechanical rebuilds
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals
- Support shutdowns, breakdown response, and project work
- Complete field-level hazard assessments and follow all site safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, planners, operations, and client personnel
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and materials used
- Assist with rigging, equipment installation, and commissioning activities
- Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained at all times
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Journeyman Industrial Mechanic / Millwright Certification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in industrial, mining, or heavy mechanical environments
- Strong understanding of rotating equipment and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
Assets:
- Welding experience
- Fall Protection, Confined Space, and Elevated Work Platform training
- Experience working at remote mine sites
- Rigging and hoisting experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- First Aid Certification
Work Environment
- Industrial and mining project environments
- Shutdowns, maintenance, and construction-related work
- Rotation and travel may be required depending on project needs
- Overtime and weekend work may be required

Pay: $34.00-$42.00 per hour
