Requirements
- Valid Class 1 / CDL License
- Flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to cross border (USA/Canada)
Duties
- Operate commercial trucks to transport freight across local, regional, or national or international routes
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or heavy equipment when necessary
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws during transportation activities
- Assist with warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and inventory management
Skills
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Experience with freight transportation and commercial driving regulations
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and compliance
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with team members and clients
