Gym Attendants play a key role in keeping our facilities clean, organized, secure, and operating smoothly. This role is responsible for maintaining a professional gym environment, ensuring members follow access procedures, and supporting the overall member experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the gym
- Ensure all members entering the facility are properly scanning in
- Prevent unauthorized access and monitor for members attempting to sneak in
- Re-rack weights and organize equipment throughout the facility
- Ensure accessory items are returned to proper bins and storage areas
- Mop floors and vacuum facility areas as needed
- Clean bathrooms, showers, and change rooms regularly
- Refill and replace supplies including paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, and air fresheners
- Sanitize gym equipment and high-touch surfaces- Maintain overall safety and security of the facility
- Serve as a point of contact for members during staffed hours
The ideal team member will:
- Be willing to clean bathrooms thoroughly.
- Be able to lift and reorganize 45lbs weights.
- Be able to work independently and without supervision.
- Be able to communicate effectively with coworkers, superiors, and members.
- Know when it is appropriate to contact a manager for assistance.
- Have reliable transportation.
