Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to early childhood education standards
- Facilitate engaging tutoring sessions that support individual student needs
- Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and team members to support student success
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Incorporate educational activities that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Support children in developing positive behaviors and social skills through guidance and encouragement
Skills
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching young children
- Strong background in early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently
