Duties
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service and exceeding sales targets
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote store events and sales campaigns
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone etiquette and in-person interactions
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or sales management with supervising experience preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and vendor relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Leadership qualities with demonstrated team management
- Sound understanding of pricing strategies, purchasing processes, and marketing techniques
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills necessary for inventory control, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities
- Math proficiency

Pay: $19.00-$25.76 per hour
