Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in our Infant & Toddler room. In this full-time position, you will work Monday to Friday and must be flexible to meet the varying needs of our children. This role involves a significant amount of walking, ensuring that you remain engaged with the children as they explore their environment. Your role is vital in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating atmosphere where children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s lives while advancing your career in early childhood education. Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress, tailoring activities to meet diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support ongoing development and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, progress reports, and classroom activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills for managing classroom activities, documentation, and time management tasks
- Writing skills necessary for preparing reports and communicating progress clearly

Pay: $28.00-$29.00 per hour
