Markson Dental is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Business Development Representative to join our growing team. Compensation & Benefits
- $19–$23 per hour, based on experience
- Commission + performance-based bonuses
- A qualified candidate can expect estimated first-year earnings of $65,000+ through a combination of base salary, commissions, and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and support the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for customers and management.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, training programs, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or business development is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally is an must
