Technical Skills – 65%
- Demonstrated Extensive experience designing, developing, testing and debugging code for enhancements to systems using C#, Web API, Blazor WASM, Crystal Reports, APS. NET, LINQ, WCF, .Net Core , .Net Entity Framework, Reddis Cache, Xunit, and MOQ
- Demonstrated strong knowledge and experience in API related technology on Azure Cloud including Azure AD security, configuration of Azure App registrations and policies, client and server side configuration of CORS policy, ThunderClient, Swagger, Postman API coding and testing.
- ASP. Net, development with C#, Web forms, jscript for multi browser support, CSS with full WCAG AA compliance in developing web applications
- Experience in Azure cloud services
- Experience in Azure Multi-Factor Authentication Service, SSO experience and Entra ID (OAuth)
- Experience in developing with Azure Functions, App Service, and Container instances
- Experience in Azure Active Directory (Entra)(OAuth), Key Vault, and Managed Identities
- Build and deliver Azure Cloud applications using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrated Experience with multi-threaded windows services
- Demonstrated strong knowledge and experience in software design using SOLID design, Simple Injector, Dependency Injection, Angular Material Design, and Restful API.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, creating and contributing to reusable software components using Nuget or other package managers
- Demonstrated experience designing and modelling relational databases for web-based applications, and extensive experience in PL/SQL Developer, TOAD, Oracle/SQL Server
- Demonstrated extensive experience with the SDLC processes including industry methodologies, processes and standards related to design, development and unit testing.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing requirements in order to determine functional requirements for reports and other enhancements to the web-based systems
- Experience in building AODA compliant applications
- Ability to work in projects following Agile approach; working in short iterations, implement user stories, track estimates in DevOps/TFS
- Proven experience with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
Other Experience and Skills – 30%
- Experience supporting business users working on projects or programs involving multiple highly inter-dependent applications and/or data sources
- Proven ability to lead business users to the successful completion of an assignment of this nature, magnitude, and complexity, and demonstrated ability to help them achieve the desired business benefits on schedule and within budget
- Experience working on projects within a multi-client/partner environment
- Experience creating technical specifications or development documentation
