Community Bridger
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily community outings (including swimming and cultural activities), role-modelling, using city transit, following positive approach plans, Incontinence Support; Medication Administration; Household Chores; Preparing Meals, Personal Hygiene; Toileting Support
Work Schedule: Various Weekday Shifts that may be scheduled in Mornings Afternoons, and/or Evenings
Hourly Wage: $18.60 starting
EXPERIENCE an asset: Experience with Indigenous Culture, Non-Verbal Communication, Developmental Disabilities, Seizures
Required:

Completion of Grade 12 or General Equivalency Diploma

1-year experience in a related field of Human Service

Acceptable Police Information Check & Child Intervention Check
-
A vehicle and a valid driver’s license (with valid insurance, registration & acceptable driver’s abstract)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Medically fit to perform job duties

Clean Criminal Record /Police Intervention Check or one that is acceptable to the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer
