Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee heavy maintenance checks on regional aircraft. This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the heavy maintenance project, from pre-check planning through post-check debriefing, ensuring timely and efficient completion while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Heavy Check:
- Review customer requests and requirements.
- Collaborate with planners and supervisors to define milestones and timelines.
- Facilitate pre-meetings with customers.
During the Heavy Check:
- Attend daily meeting and and prepare communication for required detaprtemets .
- Manage snag lists and part tracking.
- Monitor panel books and control sheets.
- Oversee project scheduling and task completion.
- Work with production to ensure tooling, parts, and manpower availability.
- Update tracking tools for project progress.
Post-Heavy Check:
- Ensure completion of job cards with no issues.
- Perform quality control checks.
- Update tally sheets and documentation.
- Monitor hours per job card.
- Oversee RTS process.
- Lead post-project debrief meetings.
Additional Duties:
- Interface with internal departments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management and/or Aviation
- Knowledge of maintenance regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance processes.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
