Position Overview:
The Early Childhood Educator (ECE) is responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate programs and activities that support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of young children (0-5 years). The ECE ensures a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment while fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Implementation:
Develop and deliver engaging, play-based, and educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.
Incorporate inclusive practices to accommodate diverse needs and abilities.
Child Supervision and Safety:
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma or equivalent qualification.
Valid certification in First Aid and CPR.
