Own the Pipeline. Drive the Growth.:
PheedLoop is the all-in-one event management platform for associations, trade shows, and corporate event teams. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own one of our most important business priorities: generating qualified pipeline and revenue through marketing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building, testing, measuring, and improving. You'll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our demand generation efforts across multiple channels and be directly responsible for helping drive business growth.
Success in this role is measured by pipeline generated, qualified opportunities created, revenue influenced, and the overall efficiency of our marketing funnel.
What You'll Own:
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads and sales pipeline
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and contribute directly to revenue growth
- Manage paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting campaigns, and emerging opportunities
- Build and optimize lead nurturing programs, email campaigns, and marketing automation workflows
- Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel performance
- Create and optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and website experiences
- Drive webinar, event, and partnership campaigns that generate high-intent prospects
- Improve organic acquisition through SEO, content strategy, and emerging AI search channels
- Analyze campaign performance, attribution, conversion metrics, and ROI to identify growth opportunities
- Continuously test, experiment, and scale successful acquisition strategies
- Leverage PheedLoop's existing content engine and collaborate closely with our content team to turn high-quality content into qualified pipeline and revenue. This role is focused on demand generation and growth, not content creation.

- Demo requests and booked meetings
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Return on marketing investment (ROMI)
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role
- Experience managing and optimizing paid acquisition budgets of atleast $25K or above per month across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and paid social
- Proven experience running structured growth experiments and continuously iterating on campaigns, landing pages, messaging, and acquisition channels based on performance data
- Demonstrated experience generating measurable pipeline and revenue through marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, attribution models, and funnel metrics
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience marketing SaaS products
- Experience selling into associations, trade shows, or event professionals
- Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and AI search optimization
- Experience running webinar and event-based demand generation campaigns
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Compensation & Benefits::
- $80,000 – $100,000 CAD base salary, based on experience
