Branch Manager – Mississauga, ON
Position Overview
Lead a high-performing branch. Inland Plastics Ltd. is seeking a driven, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Mississauga operation. This role is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can make sound decisions, and knows how to build accountability, momentum, and strong customer service. You will oversee branch operations across the warehouse, shipping, production support, inventory, customer service, and administration while working closely with senior leadership across North America. This position includes a six-month probationary period during which performance, suitability, and overall fit will be assessed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day branch operations across warehouse, shipping, production support, inventory, customer service, and administration.
- Supervise, coach, and support employees across multiple functions while maintaining clear expectations and accountability.
- Support hiring, onboarding, employee development, and performance management in coordination with HR and Corporate Services.
- Resolve operational and customer issues quickly, professionally, and effectively.
- Monitor inventory, reporting, and branch administration for accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient branch in line with company standards and policies.
- Work closely with leadership and internal departments to support branch performance, continuous improvement, and growth.

Schedule
- Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Additional hours and occasional travel may be required. Hours of work, overtime entitlement, and any applicable exemptions will be administered in accordance with the Ontario ESA, 2000.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in operations, distribution, manufacturing, industrial supply, or a related environment
- Strong communication, professionalism, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading teams in a busy operational setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is highly desired
- Experience with SAP ERP system is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110,000 + annually, based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications
