Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to potential candidates for open roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment platforms.
- Introduce the company and available opportunities to candidates and generate interest in open positons.
- Perform initial candidate screening calls to assess basic qualifications, availability, and interest.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the internal CRM or recruitment tracker.
- Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates to maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the teams to support hiring targets and timelines.
- Track outreach metrics such as calls made, responses, and candidate conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, tele-calling, sales, or customer outreach.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls daily.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates.
- Organized with good follow-up and documentation skills.
Preferred :
- Experience using LinkedIn , Indeed, or ATS platforms.
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or candidate sourcing.
