Infinity Nutrition & Health Coaching is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, dependable coach to join our all-female team specializing in women’s health, fitness and nutrition.
This is a part-time role based primarily at our St. James studio, with the opportunity to also coach clients online. Consistent weekday evening and/or weekend availability is required.
You’ll coach women one-on-one, create personalized fitness and nutrition plans, track progress, provide accountability and build strong client relationships. There may also be opportunities to lead group fitness, workshops and corporate wellness sessions.
We’re looking for someone who is certified in personal training, health coaching, nutrition or a related field. You must be warm, confident, reliable, organized and genuinely passionate about helping women become stronger, healthier and more confident.
Once trained and actively coaching clients, coaches earn an average total compensation equivalent to $25–$50 per hour, depending on experience, client load and services provided.
Compensation includes a base wage of $17.50–$25 per hour, in-person coaching commission, $100 per month for each online coaching client, and additional earning opportunities through group fitness, workshops, corporate wellness and performance incentives.
We provide paid training, established coaching systems, professional resources, team support and the opportunity to grow your clients, income and responsibilities over time.
