Job Title: Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support enterprise-wide infrastructure capabilities, governance standards, and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and support enterprise infrastructure solutions across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
- Support modernization initiatives for core banking systems, citizen services applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, and telecom infrastructure.
- Develop enterprise infrastructure standards, shared services, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support customer, citizen, and telecom-facing enterprise platforms.
- Implement automation, monitoring, resiliency, and infrastructure best practices.
- Support enterprise cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive infrastructure scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Promote infrastructure standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
- Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom infrastructure.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation and modernization programs.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, and automation technologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and governance frameworks.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale and mission-critical environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Infrastructure or Cloud certifications preferred.
