Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct account analysis and job cost statements
- Complete bi weekly payroll and remittances
- Utilize Quickbooks software to maintain accurate records
Responsibility and hours can be expanded to include other aspects of administration and business management.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software and tools
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
