Remember When HealthCare is excited to introduce a new service dedicated to supporting families during one of life's most important transitions.
We are seeking compassionate, experienced overnight postpartum and newborn nurses to provide professional nursing care to mothers and infants in the comfort of their own homes. Our goal is to give families confidence, education, and restorative overnight support during the early postpartum period.
If you have experience in Labour & Delivery, NICU, Mother/Baby, Postpartum, Family Newborn, or Pediatric Nursing, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Comprehensive maternal and newborn assessments
- Newborn feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle feeding and pumping support)
- Monitoring infant weight, feeding patterns, hydration and elimination
- Postpartum assessments including recovery, pain management and emotional wellness
- Monitoring maternal vital signs and newborn well-being
- Newborn education including bathing, swaddling, soothing techniques and safe sleep practices
- Supporting families adjusting to life with a newborn
- Identifying concerns requiring physician or midwife follow-up
- Medication administration as appropriate
- Documentation and communication with the Remember When HealthCare team
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Prince Edward Island
- Minimum 2 years of maternal/newborn nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Clear Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check
- Professional liability insurance (where applicable)
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
