Job Overview
We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the full order lifecycle — from order receipt to shipment confirmation. This role is the critical link between our sales team, warehouse, and customers. You will ensure orders are complete, accurate, and ready to ship, while proactively communicating with customers when substitutions or adjustments are needed.
Duties
- Manage order processing through Warehouse Management Systems and Quickbooks platforms to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with procurement and sourcing teams to ensure materials availability and optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee shipping operations, including freight management, 3PL coordination, and transportation scheduling.
- Utilize process improvement methodologies to streamline order fulfillment workflows and reduce lead times.
- Conduct data analysis related to demand planning, pricing strategies, and warehouse performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of order status updates and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners like freight carriers and 3PL providers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems Quickbooks
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with Customers, and internal teams.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring process improvement initiatives is preferred. This role is vital for maintaining efficient supply chain operations while supporting continuous process enhancements that benefit overall business performance.
- Required:
- 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, or supply chain
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise (or similar ERP/accounting software)
- Strong communication skills — comfortable calling customers and resolving issues diplomatically
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $42,000.00 per year
