Position Overview
As the Freedom Provider you help change lives. Using your PTA, kinesiology, or wellness background, you lead our clients through the treatment protocol at UROSPOT. After completing their treatment sessions, women (and men) will leave eager to share their life changing experience with others because of the service level and outcomes you ensured they received.
At UROSPOT you’ll become a subject matter expert on our non-invasive, disruptive technology that strengthens pelvic floors and ends incontinence struggles for our clients. Our clients stay fully clothed while the technology does all the work. It’s new. It’s proven. It’s breakthrough technology for women’s healthcare…and it’s about time.

Required Qualifications
- PTA or RPN designation preferred; candidates with a kinesiology, health sciences, or wellness background will also be considered (required).
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a relevant field such as healthcare, wellness, rehabilitation, or hospitality (required).
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and software systems. Experience using Jane App software is an asset.
- Ability to interact with clients sensitively, empathetically, and professionally at all times.
- Holds valid First Aid and/or CPR certification
- Ability to communicate information effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities
- As a passionate UROSPOT brand ambassador, you serve as a guide for clients through their treatment pathway with confidence, warmth, and clarity. Create a welcoming, supportive environment that reflects our commitment to empowerment and pelvic health.
- Execute all treatment protocols safely, effectively, and consistently, ensuring every session is an enjoyable, comfortable, and high‑quality experience for the client.
- Teach and reinforce proper breathing techniques and education points, helping clients understand the purpose behind each step of their treatment and supporting long‑term success.
- Complete all charting and documentation with exceptional accuracy, maintaining detailed, timely, and compliant records that reflect client progress and clinical standards.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and client information. Uphold and protect client rights, including autonomy, independence, privacy, dignity, and respect for individual values, beliefs, and cultural practices.
- Respond to client concerns, comments, or complaints with professionalism and mindfulness, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and in alignment with UROSPOT’s service standards.
- Communicate complex or sensitive information using clear, compassionate, and effective interpersonal skills, adapting your approach to meet each client’s needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment, ensuring all equipment is handled properly and all spaces reflect UROSPOT’s high standards of care.
- Monitor and support client progress throughout their treatment journey, keeping charts, reports, and follow‑up notes up to date and aligned with clinical expectations.
- Provide a consistently high standard of care and client support, demonstrating reliability, empathy, and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Participate fully in physiotherapy assistant (PTA) training and perform all duties required of the PTA role with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Work Conditions
- Regular on-site presence is required; remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.
- Currently a Monday-Friday operation during the day. Flexibility with hours as needed.
- Operation of desktop computer, iPads, and phones
- Interaction with clients, employees, management, and potential clients
- Attendance and participation in training
