Customer Service Representative – Online Sales Division
KMS Tools & Equipment Ltd. is an industrial distributor of tools and equipment with 16 locations, an outside sales team covering many major parts of BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan. We are proudly Canadian owned and operated and are looking for highly motivated individuals that are passionate about working in the tool industry.
About the Role
Join our customer service online sales order processing team! You’ll manage and process web orders, track and follow up on order reports, respond to customer inquiries, and work our front desk reception rotation. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week, 5 days/week including Saturdays) based in Abbotsford, BC.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary service to online customers via email and phone.
- Efficiently and accurately process web orders, including payments, reconciliation, and daily balancing.
- Facilitate a smooth return process for online customers.
- Coordinate with retail store locations for Buy Online, Pick-Up In-Store (BOPIS) orders.
- Assist with picking and shipping orders as needed.
- Work scheduled shifts at the front desk reception.

Qualifications & Skills
- Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive) with a proven ability to pick up and manage multi-platform software tools efficiently.
- Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication skills verbal and written, with a positive, helpful, and professional attitude.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with strong data entry, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently with minimal supervision, take initiative, and improve processes.
- Adaptable & Driven: Eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, data entry or order processing is an asset, but not required.
