Day & Night Building Solutions Ltd. is seeking motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented Field Sales Representatives to help grow our residential and commercial customer base throughout the GTA.
This is a door-to-door and field sales position focused on generating new customers, building relationships, and helping homeowners and businesses improve their properties.
Our company provides a wide range of property maintenance, cleaning, repair, renovation, and emergency services. Every day brings new opportunities to meet customers and offer solutions that fit their needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, working outdoors, earning commission, and helping grow a rapidly expanding company.
Responsibilities
- Generate new customers through door-to-door canvassing and community outreach.
- Introduce homeowners and businesses to Day & Night Building Solutions’ services.
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and excellent communication.
- Schedule free estimates and inspections.
- Qualify leads and gather customer information.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Meet daily and weekly sales goals.
- Accurately record leads and appointments.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Learn about our services and confidently recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Work with management to identify new sales opportunities.
- Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training.
