About the Role
We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Website Coordinator to join our team as an independent contractor on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for maintaining and optimizing our website, building and leveraging AI tools and programs while also driving our digital marketing efforts across various platforms.
If you have a strong eye for design, a passion for real estate and mortgage marketing, and a advanced knowledge of the latest AI tools, this role is perfect for you. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Website & AI Integration (Core Focus)
- Act as the primary expert for website upkeep, ensuring content is fresh, functional, and visually appealing.
- Implement and leverage AI systems (e.g., (e.g. Claude, Replit) to streamline content creation, copywriting, and marketing workflows.
- Manage and optimize our Linktree to ensure seamless navigation for our audience.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Assist in supporting social media profiles, including planning, creating, and scheduling engaging posts.
- Design and produce tailored marketing materials specifically for the mortgage and real estate sectors.
- Set up, monitor, and manage online advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Graphic Design & Administrative Support
- Provide basic graphic design support for social media graphics and print materials, including flyers, door knockers, and brochures.
- Assist with general digital marketing tasks and provide administrative support as needed to keep campaigns running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Website Savvy: Experience with website management, content updates, and basic troubleshooting (experience with platforms like WordPress, Wix, Durable or Squarespace is a plus).
- Advanced AI Knowledge: Highly advanced knowledge using modern AI tools to enhance productivity and generate high-quality marketing assets. (e.g. Claude, Replit)
- Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Canva for both digital and print materials.
- Social Media Pro: A strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
- Industry Interest: Familiarity with or a strong interest in the real estate and mortgage industries is highly desirable.
