Assist management and coaches with liaising information to customers.
Promote services and products to clients over the phone and in-store.
Ensure facility cleanliness by performing basic cleaning throughout the facility (e.g., sweeping and mopping floors, and wiping surfaces, including washrooms and kitchen areas).
Communicate messages on behalf of management to clients.
Enforce gymnasium safety policies - must be comfortable confronting customers.
