Job Title: Maintenance Associate

Shift: Day Shift: Mon - Fri 7:30am to 4pm.
Evening shift: 2pm -10:30 pm Mon-Fri.
Summary
Maintenance Assistant - ( Manufacturing Labor role )
Responsible for manufacturing and testing ESP components such as pumps, intakes, seals, and electric motors in a production environment. This role follows strict safety and manufacturing procedures to ensure high-quality results and equipment reliability.
Key Duties:
- Manufacture and test equipment as per procedure
- Follow detailed manufacturing and safety processes
- Operate an overhead crane and perform manual lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Enter monthly risk and safety reports digitally
- Complete required online training and maintain safety certifications
- Perform daily preventative maintenance and inspections on tools and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support production demands through occasional overtime.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
