Job Overview / Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key administrative support role in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. This position is responsible for assisting recruitment function with data management, maintaining accurate recruitment records across all platforms, and providing backup support for recruitment and projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Customer Service: Daily support of client inquiries and management of recruitment inquiries, working within Chartwell’s Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC), general Inbox, Webex, and calls, looping-in appropriate parties when needed.
- Report Management: Input, maintenance and delivery of recruitment reports and dashboards, distributing job posting reports as required for internal stakeholders. As well as the coordination of recruitment partner reports, collection and distribution of sponsored positions.
- Job Postings & Careers Page: Identify duplicates, language, and errors. Resolve with Marketing and Recruitment partners like Indeed, Linkedin and Jobillico.
- Recruitment Support: Provide additional support for candidate and client meetings, background check processes, and full-cycle recruitment when needed.
- Project Support: Support the department in coordinating and executing recruitment and related projects, that contribute to recruitment and HR department.
- Other HR Administrative Support: Support the team with Ad Hoc recruitment and HR activities such communications, presentations, immigration activities, policy and process changes.
Qualifications
Education:
- Have a post-secondary education or Diploma in Human Resources and/or a related field
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience coordinating recruitment activities
- 1+ years of Project Management experience
- Minimum 3 years full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience working within ATS, familiar with ORC, an asset
- Experience working within Webex or other virtual meeting platforms
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel (pivots, v look ups,dashboards)
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail
- Oral and written communication skills, in English and French
- Project Management
Effort
- Work requires a high degree of mental effort to analyze situations, verify information, and working with a computer.
- Physical effort will be in the form of keyboarding or walking to periodic meetings.
