About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset & Logistics Coordinator to manage company assets, fleet, facilities, and logistics operations.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position responsible for ensuring assets and infrastructure are tracked, maintained, and operationally ready while supporting both field teams and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material handling activities
- Manage and track company assets, tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles
- Oversee inventory control and asset tracking systems
- Support fleet management, including maintenance scheduling and compliance tracking
- Coordinate facility maintenance, site operations, and service providers
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, fleet, and facilities
- Support purchasing and procurement processes
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, asset management, fleet coordination, or similar roles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience using inventory or asset management systems / ERP software
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Experience coordinating vendors or contractors

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and logistics processes
- Understanding of asset lifecycle management and tracking
- Experience with fleet maintenance programs and preventative maintenance scheduling
- Ability to monitor fleet records and coordinate service providers
- Familiarity with fleet tracking or utilization systems is an asset
Nice to Have
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar asset management platforms
- Background in telecommunications, construction, utilities, or technical services
Physical Requirements
- Combination of sitting and standing throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Occasional movement between warehouse, office, and site environments

Pay: $47,840.00-$49,920.00 per year
