We are seeking a General Laborer with a hard work ethic & valid drivers license, that can mobilize equipment to the jobsite from the shop where they will report in the morning.
Experience in construction/asphalt paving is REQUIRED.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work cooperatively with other crew members and follow company policies & foreman instructions along with work orders to complete tasks efficiently & safely.

The candidate will be able to perform some or all of the duties listed below.
Shovel man Responsibilities:
- Help Rakerman by loading and placing asphalt / gravel / dirt where directed.
Tar Man Responsibilities :
- Pre/Post Trip of Vehicle & transporting Trailer / Tack Distributor.
- Applying Tack Coat to Pavement Safely, Cleanly & efficiently
- Maintaining Cleanliness of equipment & surroundings
- Filling up equipment tack materials at materials plant
Asphalt Roller Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate asphalt rollers to compact and smooth asphalt surfaces, ensuring proper compaction and smoothness for a quality finish.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Adjust rolling patterns and weights to meet specifications and quality standards.
- Operate roller efficiently and safely to avoid damage to surrounding structures and ensure safety at the worksite.
- Follow instructions from foreman and collaborate with other crew members to complete tasks promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the roller and ensure equipment is fueled and lubricated for optimal operation.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
