Overview
We are currently seeking full time and part time servers with daytime availabilty. Experience preffered but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit. Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. A strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures is essential to maintain high standards of service and safety.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS system
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen duties as needed to support overall restaurant operations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction
- Provide guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
