Position Overview
We are seeking an execution-focused, highly organized Administrative Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our daily operations. This isn't just a data-entry job; you will be the primary point of contact for clients, manage critical workflows, and ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience: Serve as the professional face and voice of the firm—greeting clients, handling incoming inquiries, and managing scheduling with precision.
Workflow & Documentation: Manage client onboarding documentation, process administrative requirements, and maintain flawless digital and physical filing systems.
Office Operations: Keep daily operations organized, manage mail/couriers, track office supplies, and troubleshoot administrative bottlenecks before they impact the team.
Task Execution: Proactively manage follow-ups, ensure action items from client meetings are tracked, and support the advisory team with daily operational needs.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 2+ years in a professional administrative, executive assistant, or coordinator role (experience in financial services, insurance, or legal sectors is a major asset).
Technical Savvy: High proficiency with CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a quick ability to adapt to industry-specific platforms.
Unmatched Organization: You don't let details slip through the cracks. You are highly organized, process-driven, and prioritize tasks effectively under minimal supervision.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
