Responsibilities
- Fabricate and repair agricultural machinery, gates, and fences.
- Operate heavy equipment including tractors, loaders, and excavators.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on farm vehicles.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Assist with general ranch labor and livestock handling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment..
Requirements
- Valid Canadian driver's license with a clean abstract.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
- Proven experience in welding.
- Proficient track record operating heavy industrial or agricultural equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong problem-solving skills under outdoor weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to our Niton Junction shop location.
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
