Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
We are looking for availability between Monday - Wednesday from 8.30- 4.30 with possibility to changing into full time.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including peeling, chopping vegetables.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace by washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in regular cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and appliances.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
