Results Advertising is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join our team.
This role will work closely with the Director to lead and execute marketing strategies, oversee client projects, and drive brand growth across multiple channels.
Projects will include advertising proposals, social media campaigns, event planning, and integrated marketing initiatives for major consumer brands, primarily targeting the Chinese community.
The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and results-driven, with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage client accounts and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and performance
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including media buying and coordination
- Drive social media strategy and content direction (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)
- Organize and manage marketing events and promotional activities
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields
- Experience in both in-house marketing and/or advertising agency environments is an asset
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and campaign execution
- Experience in public relations and multicultural marketing is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
