About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, fashion-forward, and experienced Luxury Lingerie & Fashion Buyer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury lingerie, designer fashion, and emerging trends. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of premium brands, exceptional buying instincts, and the ability to curate collections that reflect our customers' expectations for quality, style, and exclusivity.
As our Luxury Lingerie & Fashion Buyer, you will play a key role in sourcing and purchasing designer apparel, luxury lingerie, sleepwear, shapewear, and accessories that align with our brand vision while driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase luxury lingerie, designer fashion, sleepwear, shapewear, loungewear, and fashion accessories from premium and emerging brands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, designers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Identify emerging fashion trends and customer preferences to create compelling seasonal assortments.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market data to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and vendor agreements to maximize profitability.
- Plan and manage seasonal buying budgets while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to execute successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Attend industry trade shows, fashion markets, and brand presentations to discover new collections and sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure all product selections reflect the company's commitment to luxury, quality, and exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of buying experience in luxury fashion, luxury lingerie, premium apparel, or designer retail.
- Strong knowledge of luxury lingerie brands, designer fashion labels, fabrics, garment construction, and current fashion trends.
- Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and vendor management skills.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and make strategic buying decisions.
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
