Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Welcome customers and asses their needs.
· Telephone and in person selling of supplies and accessories
· Ask customers the right questions to understand their business and advise customers on best products and supplies for each application.
· Work as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure techs have parts necessary to complete service calls.
· Be an expert on our products and communicating their value.
· Take orders at the counter, by telephone, email or from the website.
· Ensure that all orders have been shipped out by the end of the day.
· Maintain the demo equipment in the showroom on a daily basis.
· Issue invoices, receive the payments of customers
· Keep track of supplies inventory and advise when supplies are low
· Keep up to date about new and improved products.
· Be an expert in understanding what competitors are doing and what competitive advantage we have over them.
· Perform demos of machines in showroom when sales people or techs are not available.
· Document lead information and customer contacts in Google Sheets.
· Research and Target new leads
· Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales reps for further development and closure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $41,000.00 per year
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
