Modern Design Exteriors Ltd. is a growing exterior cladding company specializing in stucco, fibre cement siding, soffits, and exterior finishing projects across the Lower Mainland.
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Quality Control Coordinator to oversee multiple active construction projects across various jobsites.
Duties
- Travel to various jobsites throughout the Lower Mainland
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with project teams
- Monitor quality control and workmanship
- Coordinate crews, materials, and daily site operations
- Ensure projects are progressing on schedule
- Identify and help resolve site issues and deficiencies
- Communicate with management, consultants, site supers, and crews
- Take site photos and provide regular updates
- Ensure safe and efficient work practices are being followed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in stucco, siding, or exterior cladding
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations
- Ability to read drawings and details
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Self-motivated and dependable
