Maintenance Technician II.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the day-
to-day operations and maintenance of building systems and mechanical equipment across
a designated area of the portfolio. They will be physically comfortable completing repairs
and maintenance work and will be required to undertake unit maintenance when tenants
vacate.
As Maintenance Technician, you’ll be:
- Responding to fire alarms, intrusion alarms, electrical failures, water leaks, property
damage etc.
- Recording mechanical, electrical and water readings and on occasion resetting a
building system when requested by the Employer.
- Touring common areas and keeping areas free of individuals soliciting from
customers and or tenants.
- Responsible for general presentation and maintaining the development in a first-
class manner, including ensuring building safety, using their own judgement or as
directed by Employer.
- Attending to tenant and guest inquiries and maintenance requests.
- Coordinating, reviewing and managing of parking, parking allocation, enforcement
and revenue collecting as required.
- Involved in coordinating and delivering guest services and amenities.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient completion of duties.
