Experienced Stucco Plasterer
Location: Okanagan, BC
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $30.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience and ability
We are a growing exterior construction company specializing in high-end custom residential construction throughout the Okanagan. We are currently seeking an experienced Stucco Plasterer to join our team.
The successful candidate will have experience with traditional stucco systems, acrylic finishes, EIFS systems, and custom residential projects. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and are looking for individuals who share the same commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Install and finish traditional stucco systems
- Install and finish EIFS and acrylic stucco systems
- Apply base coats, mesh, and finish coats to manufacturer specifications
- Prepare surfaces and ensure proper substrate conditions
- Mix and apply materials consistently and efficiently
- Set up and work safely on scaffolding and elevated work platforms
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently or alongside crew members to meet project deadlines
- Follow all company safety policies and site requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of stucco or plastering experience preferred
- Experience with acrylic finishes and EIFS systems is an asset
- Ability to follow instructions and product specifications
- Strong understanding of proper stucco application techniques
- Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

- Experience with decorative or specialty finishes
