We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Autobody Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing, refinishing, and painting to manufacturer and customer standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning.
- Mix and match paint colors to ensure accurate finishes.
- Apply paint, clear coats, and protective finishes using spray equipment.
- Inspect completed work for quality, consistency, and defects.
- Repair minor surface imperfections and perform touch-ups as required.
- Maintain paint booths, tools, and equipment in proper working condition.
- Follow workplace safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an autobody painter prefered.
- Knowledge of paint systems, materials, and application techniques.
- Ability to use spray guns, sanding tools, and related equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
