Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
- Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
- Work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure a smooth buying experience.
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (required).
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Bold and confident communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend availability is required.
