Six Point Access Systems is looking for an experienced Scaffold Estimator / Project Manager to help price and manage scaffolding, shoring, access, overhead protection, stair towers, and temporary construction access projects across the GTA.
This is not an entry level position. We need someone who can read drawings, understand construction scopes, complete takeoffs, prepare accurate pricing, and help manage projects from estimate to completion.
Responsibilities
Review architectural, structural, demolition, restoration, and site logistics drawings
Complete takeoffs for scaffold, access systems, shoring, stair towers, overhead protection, and temporary works
Prepare accurate estimates and project pricing
Review tender documents, drawings, addendums, specifications, and site conditions
Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, crews, and subcontractors
Assist with job setup, scheduling, deliveries, installation, dismantling, and closeout
Track labour, materials, equipment, rental periods, trucking, and project costs
Prepare quotes, proposals, change orders, and project documentation
Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required
Help ensure projects are priced properly and completed profitably
Required Experience
Strong ability to read construction drawings
Experience preparing takeoffs and pricing construction work
Experience in scaffolding, access systems, shoring, forming, concrete, restoration, demolition, industrial, or ICI construction
Ability to understand site logistics and temporary works
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to visit active construction sites across the GTA
Valid driver’s licence required
Preferred Experience
Scaffold estimating or scaffold project management experience
Experience with Bluebeam, Excel, AutoCAD, or estimating software
Knowledge of safety documentation, engineered drawings, and site specific access planning
Experience dealing with general contractors, restoration contractors, industrial clients, or construction managers
Compensation
$100,000 to $140,000 per year depending on experience.
Bonus or performance incentives may be available for the right candidate.
Work Location
GTA / Vaughan based company and project sites.
