Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to customers when needed
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as necessary
- Ensure a clean, organized checkout area adhering to store standards
- Support team members with various retail tasks to ensure smooth store operations
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos is a plus
- Bilingual abilities (English plus another language) highly desirable for diverse customer interactions
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Time management skills to prioritize duties during busy periods
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and merchandising is advantageous

Pay: $17.20-$28.98 per hour
