Pembina Hills School Division invites applications for a Success Coach in the P.A.W.S. (Promoting Activity, Wellness and Success) Summer Program at Swan Hills School.This position will be 6 hours per day Monday to Wednesday and 8 hours per day on Thursday (26 hrs/week). The program will run from July 6, 2026 to August 21, 2026. The successful candidates must be willing to work in a collaborative team environment.

The School – Swan Hills School
Located approximately 200 km northwest of Edmonton, Swan Hills School, is a K-12 school with approximately 230 students offering programming focused on meeting the needs of every learner and building community. The school’s motto is “Together We Can; Together We Will!” Their mission is that “together, in cooperation, we will provide a diverse education which challenges individuals to achieve exemplary academics, character and citizenship”.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of and experience working with young children would be an asset
- Able to work as a member of the team
- Enthusiastic and motivated to help students succeed
- Willing to work in a collaborative team environment
- A diploma or degree in mental health, addictions or a related field or a minimum of 2 years experience in mental health addictions or a related field.
- Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
- Must be 18 years of age
